Great Service! We have had nothing but a great experience with the Mazda Service. The only disappointment we have had is the ability to get Car Play. We we told It We have had nothing but a great experience with the Mazda Service. The only disappointment we have had is the ability to get Car Play. We we told It was a free upgrade for our new car once it became available, however this is not the case. It is now over $400 to get Car Play. This is disappointing. All of our other experiences with Mazda’s service has been above and beyond. More

She was so friendly and patient through my process - test drove three cars, came back over the span of two weekends, and really gave me all the info and tools to successfully start my new lease. She helped get me set up with the online portal which shows awesome 'how-to' videos on how to best utilize all the features on my new ride.
