They literally worked overtime, on a rainy Friday night to make the sale. Salesman AJ was super knowledgeable and helpful and friendly over the phone. He made a custom video of the car for me, put it up on YouTube, and sent me a link so I could better see the car. The car was in beautiful condition, and finance guy Paul was very helpful and did a great job. Overall I am 100% satisfied with the car, the dealership, and everything regarding this purchase. Definitely recommend. More

A WONDERFUL experience !! Over the years, we have purchased or leased 3 VW's for my daughter and 2 VW's for me. When it came time to get my wife a new vehicle in 2016, after in Over the years, we have purchased or leased 3 VW's for my daughter and 2 VW's for me. When it came time to get my wife a new vehicle in 2016, after investigating MANY others, she decided on the Mazda MX5. Red and black Gran Touring. We leased the vehicle. In April of 2019 her lease would terminate so since she only had 15k miles on it, we decided to but it. She LOVES it ! Once again, Marcin proved to be an outstanding individual that truly takes pride in what he does and couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Finance department was also very easy to deal with. After a minor misunderstanding, we returned to the dealership the next day, unannounced, and Paul took excellent care of us and made us walk away with a smile again proving that we would be well taken care of. So, in short, whether it be a VW or a Mazda, the Capistrano family of employees has, once again, made us happy with our choice and our experience ! Thank you.... Amazing I purchased my lease car because I was worried that I might exceed my 30k mileage since I have been visiting my aunt and uncle which lives far from me I purchased my lease car because I was worried that I might exceed my 30k mileage since I have been visiting my aunt and uncle which lives far from me. I went to Mazda’s office, asked for options and got a very good deal with the help of Marcin and Paul. Now I’m enjoying my car with unlimited mileage! Thank you! More
Good people - mixed feelings on the experience. Diego was incredible. He deserves 5 stars on his own. He's patient, informative, and clearly cares about his customers and worked very hard to get us the car we wanted at the right price. We would buy a car from HIM again, anytime. The finance guys were great - explained everything, took their time with us, very jovial and friendly. Unfortunately the delivery experience is where things went south. The first car we selected had an electrical fault tied to a bad fuse that resulted in us not being able to take the car home the night we signed paperwork for it. This was no one's fault in particular, but it was disappointing. The next morning, we received a call from Diego that the fault had been fixed, and we returned to the dealership that night to pick up the car. Unfortunately, right before we left the dealership, there was an accident in which another sales associate backed a car into our brand new Mazda3 with us sitting in it. Needless to say this was an extremely upsetting and stressful experience, and nothing we would have ever remotely expected to happen. The employee at fault for the accident admitted fault, and was extremely apologetic and clearly upset that our experience had been affected. Moe, the sales manager, rectified the situation by offering us a choice of solutions, and in the end we opted for another vehicle of the same make with a better trim level at the same monthly price as a compensation for our negative experiences during both delivery attempts. Overall, the experience was shaded by some negative things. It's really hard to give a fair rating overall on the experience because of this. If Diego hadn't been a pleasure to work with, or if Moe had not properly handled the aftermath of the failed delivery attempts and the accident, then this rating would have easily been a 1-star. More
