Good experience overall I purchased my Mazda 6 Sport from Lauren Garza and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I was pressured for time and she and the staff got the I purchased my Mazda 6 Sport from Lauren Garza and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I was pressured for time and she and the staff got the deal taken care of quickly, which I very much appreciated. The only thing that tarnished the transaction was that I was not aware that Mazda offered a dealer installation of Android Auto (it is not mentioned in the brochure or the Mazda internet site car build) and it was not offered to me. After I leaned that it was available I returned to the dealership a few days later to try to negotiate a deal since I just bought the car but was told I would have to talk directly with the service department myself to negotiate a price. I did not because I feel that the sales department should have requested a deal for me. Otherwise, I am pleased with the dealership. More

When I got the same response I’ve received before (”the brakes are fine. Must be dust.”), she pushed to have this issue addressed more thoroughly. the brakes are finally noise free for the first time since I purchased the vehicle in 2017. Thank you Cyrena! More
