Same could be said for the Manager and Finance Manager; both friendly and efficient. The dealership (Building) was well lit, open and welcomed one into the showroom. Had a certain pizzazz. I felt very comfortable inside the Building. The desk area (paperwork) was "friendly", nonthreatening ...I was able to actually relax while getting through the forms. While not at all looking forward to buying a car ...I would say this was a great experience; quite different from the first few dealerships I visited that week. More

Cyrena met me with a smile & made me feel like she was there to HELP me with my vehicle and it's problem. She was caring and was good at listening. No worries about not having an appointment. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and I felt totally confident that I had no worries......and my car would be taken care of! I had a Mercedes prior to my Mazda and when I took it in, the service department made you feel like you didn't know what you were talking about. I used to be in training & development for a large family entertainment company and I really notice when an employee has great people skills! Also love the reception area.....a nice open feeling & great coffee! More

They do not go over the contract and just have you sign. Come to find out, they added Stargard ($481) and we had no idea what it was, we called the dealer and the receptionist told what it was! When I tried to get a hold of the finance guy to get this fixed, he and his boss did not call me back. STAY AWAY!!! More
