Moe and Tom , sales managers did everything to get the car for me in a timely fashion.. They communicated with me all the way through the process, The process was seamless and fast. I'm extremely thankful for their help. Lauren , one of the sales associates helped me during the delivery phase of the vehicle. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained every feature to me. I started looking at the Mazda CX-5 about 8 months before my current Toyota lease was exp I had a great experience working with Whitney at Capo Mazda. I started looking at the Mazda CX-5 about 8 months before my current Toyota lease was expiring, and Whitney worked with me that whole time with test drives, crunching numbers, and keeping me updated on any promotions they had to get me into the car of my dreams! I ended up getting out of my Toyota about 2 months early, so Whitney definitely showed great patience with me with our 6 months of back and forth communication. I am so happy with my experience and the car itself, I’d recommend Whitney & Capo Mazda to everyone! More

I made my appointment for the early morning and was greeted as soon as I arrived by Cyrena. She was super friendly and extremely efficient during the check in process. Taylor (I believe, sorry if I am mistaken!) assisted me with getting a loaner vehicle- extremely convenient since other dealerships that I have visited recently do not provide such a courtesy. Turnaround time for service was much less than originally quoted so it was amazing to get back my new car early in the afternoon. Thank you! More

I was expecting upon getting there to be passed off to another salesman (as has happened to us at other dealers) but Lauren was there waiting for us, already had the car all prepped for a test drive, She even had a printout for me of some features I asked for based on our phone conversation. We took the car for a test drive and it was practically new. Upon starting the deal, we learned Cao Mazda has a CPO no haggle process. The price you see is the price you get. This makes car shopping really easy. The only suggestion I have is to provide the consumer an itemized cost list rather than making the consumer ask for it. I understand this is part of the sale process, but I’m really an advocate for transparency and we found something on the itemized printout that I wasn’t going to pay for. They were willing to take it off the bill, but had I not asked, it would’ve gotten added to the cost of my loan. My financing was already prearranged and they couldn’t beat it, so this was also an easy part of the deal. I also had a trade in and they met my request based on another dealer’s quote, so again, an easy process Overall, this process was painless. It did ire some “hurry up and wait” but all in all, I feel like we got a good deal and I got the car I wanted. More
