Very Satisfied customer! I was very impressed with Cyrena's courtesy, competence, pleasing personality, and outstanding ability to serve the customer. Initially my scheduled I was very impressed with Cyrena's courtesy, competence, pleasing personality, and outstanding ability to serve the customer. Initially my scheduled Monday 7:45AM recall/oil change appointment was unexpectedly cancelled. When I called to reschedule no one answered the phone. Quite exasperated I called the sales' department hoping they might be able to find someone to assist me. I believe it was Jerry Aydemir who answered my call. He immediately addressed my need to speak to someone and said he would walk over to that part of the store and make sure someone from there would be in touch within a few minutes. And surprisingly within a few minutes Cyrena had called and had me rescheduled the next morning! As I said above she was very pleasant, wonderfully accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. She made a very positive impression with this somewhat formerly mildly irritated customer whose appointment had been cancelled and who couldn't get her phone calls answered! More

I never have had such a fine, professional experience as we had at Capistrano Mazda. They have our loyalty for sure! More

Best car buying experience yet I decided to work with Whitney Bowens on purchasing a new Miata after reading a number of positive reviews about her. I was also in the process of negotiating with Fontana Mazda, but I was really turned off by their old school car sales tactics. Whitney's salesmanship and professionalism completely blew them away so she ultimately won my business. From our first email exchange, she was honest, transparent, and friendly. That level of service continued throughout the entire buying process. She took amazing care of me--instantly answered my emails, took me on a final test drive, gave me a tour of the dealership, and even personally introduced me to a service member. I really felt like she valued my business. Her love of people + cars really showed! I think she's the first car salesman I've ever hugged (and I'm not a hugger) lol Lastly, the facilities here are brand new and nicer than the other Mazda dealerships I've been to. Seems like a super well-run place with great management! Tom came to check-in before I drove off to make sure everything went well—I really appreciated that. More

Alll visits, including to my other Mazda dealer in Torrance, are on record. The they both have free UBER for you. But Capo Mazda has a very professional and friendly staff that makes sure you're needs are met, and generous Starbucks coffee bar, with leather seated waiting area and tv. Their timing is prompt and repairs honest and reasonable. My sales rep was there and showed me cars I was curious about, and advice on how to save money when my lease is eligible. I highly recommend Capo Mazda. More
