Overall good expieriance. But would not take anything off MSRP, although the expieriance was positive because the personel were pleasant to work with I will likely shop elsewhere in the future. I asked if we got any free oil changes as part of a new car purchase. The employee said,” we’re not allowed to give anything for free” combining the refusal to reduce the car price from mars and no oil changes makes me think the car dealership owner is cheap. And/or we got taken on our car purchase. I wish I would have done better research. Tuttle click offers over $1000 off the same exact model we puchased. Shame on me I guess for not doing my homework, but that just mean I will not shop at this store anymore especially because we asked if they could take anything off and they said no More
Service writer was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Most important; the car was ready when she said it would be! I found everyone at the dealership to be very helpful, friendly and positive . I had pretty much set my mind on a more affordable trim level of the new CX 30 but was offered and accepted a higher trim le friendly and positive .
