Squealing brakes Dissatisfied that the dealership would not take care of the problem with my breaks. Car only has 20,000 miles and the breaks make the loudest squeal. You would think that after purchasing two cars from this dealership that the customer service would be better. They wanted to charge me half of the replacement cost of new breaks. That was their response to fixing the problem and was/is not acceptable in my opinion. With that said I left with squealing brakes!! Also could not believe that the person who brought my car for pickup was not wearing a mask or gloves!! More

Great customer service, fantastic car Easiest car purchase I have ever made. I have owned many of the "luxury" marques in the past, and those dealerships should really take a page out of Easiest car purchase I have ever made. Everyone from sales to finance to management really took care of me and made the transaction happen smoothly. Fully transparent no pressure fair deal.
