Wish it was a better experience We used this dealer for service because of a recommendation. Our other Mazda was serviced here last year. The new car Ec Bond service took less that We used this dealer for service because of a recommendation. Our other Mazda was serviced here last year. The new car Ec Bond service took less that 2 hours and my husband waited in the waiting room. We bought another Mazda and brought it in for service. When I arrived I was told I would have a loaner for the day and the car would be ready by the end of the day. This was new news. Because we were not told about this before I arrived, I did not have the proper paperwork including proof of insurance. Luckily I could call my husband to get access to the paperwork. When that was sorted out, which did not go smoothly, I left in the loaner. I was told I could call back later to find out when the car would be ready. When I called at 2:30 the person who knew when the car would be ready was "not at her desk but will call you back as soon as she is in". I called again at 3:45 because I never received a call back. At this time, when I tried to reach the service department I was on hold for over 20 minutes unless I wanted to leave a message for all of the managers. After that time, my husband called the front desk of the dealership and was told our car would be ready in about 15 minutes. I never received any call back to tell me the car was ready. However, I left and went to the dealership to get the car. The car looked great and the service team working on the car seemed to do a great job. The lack of communication for the rest of the department was disappointing. More

The best Mazda dealership in SoCal I've been taking my cars here for almost 4 years, when I bought my first car from them. I live in San Diego, so I drive about 45 minutes to get here, I've been taking my cars here for almost 4 years, when I bought my first car from them. I live in San Diego, so I drive about 45 minutes to get here, but to me it''s worth it. They treat you like family. I was in and out in less than an hour. The one time I had to take my car to a dealership here in San Diego it took me almost 3 hours for the same service. AJ who sold me my first CX3, and is now in finance, has always come to say hi when I'm in the dealership, this last time was no exception. He recognized me even in my mask. Moe the Sales Manager wasn't in yet, but has always made sure I was well taken care of. More
