Everyone was polite and kept me informed My car was taken to the dealership due to a possible coolant leak. Mazda called me and told me the entire engine had to be replaced and that it was a problem with Mazda. They did not elaborate, but said Mazda would pay for everything. The car was at the dealership for at least a month, but they offered to give me a loaner, but I had another car I could use so I didn't need it. They called me weekly and kept me informed. More

He did his best to support me throughout and such an amazing person to deal with. c. He was quick to give me another car with similar specifications, although with a higher price. d. He helped to complete all processes over email and calls and ensured delivered the car himself to my address. Cons: Dealings with finance dept. a. Unhappy with the last-minute change in the conditions of lease. I believe it could’ve avoided. b. Finance dept. decided to increase down-payment quoting my FICO auto score, although it is shown as “Excellent” in Mazda’s Roadster Express website. c. Increased money factor by 222% on my lease!!! d. I went through unwanted stress to make a decision. e. No Multiple Security Deposits (MSD) option given. I was told, it’s not done by Mazda. Upon checking online, there are customers who leased Mazda cars with MSD. f. Very Inflexible finance personnel, gave an impression that there is no care about the basic customer experience. g. I am still trying to understand the advertised “Smileage Guaranteed” or going the “Extra Mile” Disappointed! Dealership Practice: a. The first car selected was sold to someone else, while I was waiting for a clarification on the lease sheet. Not a good practice! I have added one more star just to thank Ben for what he did for me!
