Diego has been very helpful in walking us through and answering all the questions we have about our new car. Overall, the purchase process was a pleasure. We did not feel pressured to buy additional options that we did not want nor need. We look forward to working with the Service department to maintain our vehicle. We are hoping to soon have the Navigation chip that we paid over $400.00 for, because the Parts Department did not have the proper one in stock. We would have liked to have seen a little more flexibility in the pricing of that part. The dealership should have in stock a part like that and not take your payment before it is installed and it’s proper operation is confirmed. More
