I was treated in a timely fashion. Each staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was serviced and returned to me in 45 min. It was worth the drive from Carlsbad to San Juan. It was a great experience! It started with a phone call to check a price and turned in to us purchasing our dream car. I bought a beautiful car from this dealership. But they sold me extras along with car and never fully disclosed them. I had no interest in buying warranty and car GPS tracker with CPO car, and they still f sold me extras along with car and never fully disclosed them. I had no interest in buying warranty and car GPS tracker with CPO car, and they still found a way to sell it to me without my consent. Felt under pressure on the day of purchase and rushed the finance paperwork. I got home to review it and found what the sales woman did and realized why the monthly car payment was high because of the extras. More
