Wonderful buying experience here at CapoMazda. Great customer service, Fourouz was friendly,and knowledgeable about the CX-5 and did not pressure me with additional options. As usual, I was able to easily drop my car off, and get a clear understanding of what to expect. I used the waiting room, where everyone was wearing masks and separated, which made me feel comfortable. I was clear understanding of what to expect. My CX5 had an "engine" symbol showing. Brought my car in to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining wh to Cyrena Moreno. She was very friendly and listened to me. Left my car to be checked out. Later got a video from Hector showing me and explaining why my light was on. He was very thorough and I understood what was going on. Then I got a phone call from Cyrena and Hector discussing what needed to be done to fix my problem. We agreed and Hector did a wonderful job fixing my engine. When I went to pick up my car, again, Cyrena was was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. This level of service is why I continue to come to this dealer for service and new cars. More
