I could not be happier with the service I receive at Capistrano Mazda. It’s very simple to schedule/change an appointment by phone. The service center is often very busy, but it never feels chaotic—ever Capistrano Mazda. It’s very simple to schedule/change an appointment by phone. The service center is often very busy, but it never feels chaotic—everything is VERY well-organized. From the moment you pull in, you are greeted, and they show you exactly where to put your car. You’re then escorted to a service rep for check-in who goes over the reason for your visit and they listen carefully to all of your concerns. I find all the reps here to be personable, professional, and thorough. The waiting area is newly remodeled, comfortable, and socially distanced. There’s a strong WIFI connection and a standing “plug-in” bar with a couple of stations, so you can get work done while you wait. The reps maintain communication with you, sharing the results of any diagnostics and the service team’s recommendations for action. On my last visit, they even sent a short video to my phone showing my car in the bay. (Tbh, I wasn’t really sure what to do with that, but I’m sure some drivers would appreciate that...) When the work is done, a rep will go over in detail all service that was performed on the car (and what wasn’t) and show you where it is itemized on the bill. They provide you with a very detailed paper record and suggest a date/mileage reading for your next service visit. The only thing I really can’t speak to is the pricing, because this is my only car and I only have it serviced here, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. You can be confident that you’re getting quality here though. Highly recommend. More

I know maintenance is the cash cow, but hopefully I won't need a new, not covered by the warranty head gasket at my first oil change. More

My partner and I had been looking at a new Mazda MX-5 RF for a couple months. I had reached out to multiple dealerships in my area (Palm Springs) and as far out as L.A. & San Diego. I found myself getting f for a couple months. I had reached out to multiple dealerships in my area (Palm Springs) and as far out as L.A. & San Diego. I found myself getting frustrated with the amount of time it would take to hear back from dealerships as well as their nickel-and-diming. That is until I reached out to Forouz at Capo Mazda. I emailed an inquiry to Forouz on a Saturday afternoon, she responded immediately with photos and even a video of the vehicle as well as a clear idea of final costs. She remained in contact with me even on her days off, and had me in my new MX-5 by that Tuesday morning. The car was detailed and ready for me to go with ZERO pressure from any other sales team or managers. I met a number of the other Capo Team members that day (I apologize for not remembering names). All took the time to greet me and my partner and seemed genuinely appreciative of my business. I would happily make that drive again for that kind of customer service.
