Quick and easy drop off and pick up of my vehicle. Cyrena communicates well and sends updates during the day. I have a 2019 CX-5 that I got at Capistrano Mazda 2 years ago and, besides a cracked windshield f communicates well and sends updates during the day. I have a 2019 CX-5 that I got at Capistrano Mazda 2 years ago and, besides a cracked windshield from a road hazard, I have only had to bring the car in for the recommended scheduled maintenance and they still treat you like a valued customer every time you visit. From beginning to end I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer care. Everything I requested was accommodated for from the loaner vehicle, to timing and warranty coverage.
