I was out of the country for 2 months and when I returned I called fo I have always gone to Fredy for service at the Mazda dealership on Alicia Pkwy. I was out of the country for 2 months and when I returned I called for service and my call was forwarded to Capistrano. I was very happy when I arrive for my appointment and saw Fred's face. He is the only reason I go to a Mazda dealership. Seriously, you can go anywhere for service. Bu he is the one who gives me the best customer experience. Friendly, attentive and helpful I was on a road trip from San Diego to Northern California and my car started over heating! I pulled off the freeway and on my left was Capistrano Maz I was on a road trip from San Diego to Northern California and my car started over heating! I pulled off the freeway and on my left was Capistrano Mazda, I drive a Nissan Pathfinder but thought I would try to go in and ask if the service department could help me. They were fantastic! Fredy told me to pull my car up and he would take a look. He took my car right back and asked me and my kids to wait while they checked it out. We sat in the waiting area watching tv and eating free popcorn and Fredy updated me with what was going on with my car and assured me that he wanted to make sure my car was safe. Everyone working there seemed was friendly and helpful. They fixed my car and really treated me well. I was able to continue on with our road trip feeling confident that my car was safe. More

They did everything I asked them to do servicing my car in a very timely manner. Every time I get my service done, I go an look at the new cars. The sales staff was very friendly and made sure I had all of the information about the new mazdas i.e. the MX5! They even washed my car for free! I bought my Mazda from this dealer and I really like my Mazda 3! It is one of the best cars I have owned and at 50,000 miles I have the original tires that came with the car when they sold it to me!!!
