If he didn't know something, he said so and tracked an answer down for me. This was quite different than other dealerships (cough cough Honda in lake forest) that would clearly be making up answers to the point of being rude. At capo Mazda there was no pressure or xxxxxxxx, very upfront sales. And Jerry is not unique in being a great salesman. I went for my first test drive with Marcin and he was equally knowledgeable, friendly and honest. 10/10 would recommend Capo Mazda to everyone I know. More

She prequalified the purchase which made it so easy to make the decision to purchase as we knew before we came to do the final paperwork what the payment would be and that it fit our budget. We got the car we wanted at a price we could afford and the final experience of signing the sales paperwork and financing paperwork was fast and easy. She did an outstanding job of demonstrating all the car's operating features, and was so helpful in getting us in and out the day we picked up the car quickly without making us feel rushed in the least. Paint smudge on driver side's door AND dead keys' batteries This review is only on the post experience after we bought the Mazda 3 from the dealer. Genesis's service was great, but only couple days after we bou This review is only on the post experience after we bought the Mazda 3 from the dealer. Genesis's service was great, but only couple days after we bought the car, we soon noticed an apparent paint smudge on the driver side's door and some scratches around that smudge. We weren't be able to notice it when we went to the dealer as the car was dirty, and dealer didn't mention about it either. We do realize that this is not a new car, but a certified pre-owned so some scratches and smudges are inevitable but only wish that the dealer was honest about it, especially when they're very firm about the sell price. In addition, we also found out that the automatic car key sensor doesn't work properly, sometimes it takes me two, three minutes to press the unlock button numerous times but the car just doesn't sense it at all. We took the car to the nearest Mazda dealer today and they told us that one car key is already dead and the other one is barely working. We mentioned about the warranty and they said the dealer we went to doesn't cover car key warranty. So we had to pay for the new batteries, though it doesn't cost much, we are disappointed that the dealer is less than honest with us about these defects. More
Quick and Easy I was having trouble with the fob for my Mazda CX-5. I called the Capistrano Mazda Service Department and explained what was happening. Fredy knew immediately what my issue was and told me to come in and he'd take care of it. When I made that call I was sure it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix. I went in and both gentlemen in the office met me with a smile. I explained that I called earlier, and Fredy remembered our conversation. He took my fob apart, replaced the battery (and didn't make me feel stupid because I didn't know how to change it myself), and sent me away, a happy camper. There was no charge for fixing my "broken fob". Dealerships just don't have customer service like that any more, so I'm super happy! More

Fredy Campos was professional, attentive, informative, and just made the entire experience very easy. I came in for an airbag adjustment that stemmed from a recall notice. I was in and out within 45 minutes - just as Fredy promised. When does that ever happen at a car dealership? More
