Most surprising experience with auto repair I contacted Mazda to order a new fob for my daughter's Mazda 3. After giving the VIN to a couple different people and being quoted a few different pr I contacted Mazda to order a new fob for my daughter's Mazda 3. After giving the VIN to a couple different people and being quoted a few different prices, I went to get the fob with a less than pleasant attitude. Once again, I felt I was being ripped off. To my surprise, Fredy took my broken fob, asked to check it, removed a piece of paper from the battery (which a sales person at Auto Zone installed for me), and boom...fixed. He saved me somewhere between $175 and $230, different quotes I received. I could not believe it. No technician ever regarding any electronic has ever taken the time to actually save me money. Fredy is the most honest, friendlies, knowledgeable customer service person I have ever encountered. Even thought I feel dealerships charge a bit more for repairs than other service shops, I will be having all my service done here because trusting someone is priceless! More

Thank you Fredy Campos I had a battery problem symbol show up on my dash. I though oh jeez, I need a new battery. I drove straight to the dealership and walked inside. I expected to buy a new battery right on the spot, but Fredy C. said "lets see" and asked for my key and my husbands key. He changed the battery in about 2 minutes and said go outside and see if the problem still exists?? Well he was right I just needed new batteries in my key fob, and no new battery, and he did it all with the sweetest smile! Again great service and that took a load off my mind and saved my wallet! More
