Our service advisor, Fredy Campos, greeted us, did a bit of paperwork, unscrewed the bad light and told us to take it inside and purchase a new one which we did in about 30 seconds. We took the new light to Fredy and he put it back in and we left. We were there for less than 10 minutes and spent $4.95. More

Best Customer Service I've Experienced at a Dealership! I called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced as it was still under warranty from the dealership and kept dying on me (jump starting you I called to make an appointment to have my battery replaced as it was still under warranty from the dealership and kept dying on me (jump starting your battery twice in one day is not fun!). They gave me the first available opening the following day, but I didn't want to risk having to tow if it died again. So, I asked them if I could bring the car in now and leave it overnight. Without hesitation, the rep on the phone said that would be fine. Phew! I arrived around 430pm when they were already winding down for the day and finishing up their last appointments. I was greeted upon arrival at the service center and right away offered a rental car free of charge. Fredy Campos assessed my situation and realized that he could change my battery and have me up and running within the hour. I was thrilled to say the least! Every rep I encountered that day was extremely friendly and very helpful. I will be returning there for future car needs for sure! More
Amazing Customer Service With Marcin This was my husband and I's first experience with buying a brand new car. We had done a lot of research on several cars in it's class and read wonderf This was my husband and I's first experience with buying a brand new car. We had done a lot of research on several cars in it's class and read wonderful things about Mazda, and the CX-5. We decided to test drive that first. Marcin was so welcoming and refreshingly real and not pushy from the get go. We went on a test drive and he just talked to us as a friend and did not push when we mentioned we were just starting to look. Fast forward a few days and many other car brands test drives later, we felt that we could truly trust Marcin over any other dealership or brand, and quickly came back. Marcin answered our (hundreds) of questions haha, and was so patient and willing to push for the deal we wanted to make. We felt like he was in our corner the whole time, and did not feel pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with. He was able to not only answer our questions, but give us informative and neutral information that ultimately gave us the confidence to feel like we could not have made a better choice. If you are looking to get a new car, you can trust you are in good hands with Marcin and his team. I can't forget to mention that Marcin had our car detailed and personally went to fill up the tank before we drove off the lot. He has since followed up to make sure all was well, and told us we can call him anytime for questions, and I know he means it. Marcin, along with Moe and Chris made it an absolutely a wonderful experience, and we could not be happier we chose Mazda. More

Snacks, Dogs, Friends AJ was fantastic. He was very patient, honest and helpful. He was obviously selling a car but I think you walk into a car dealership anticipating that AJ was fantastic. He was very patient, honest and helpful. He was obviously selling a car but I think you walk into a car dealership anticipating that. He creates friendships instead of just sells strangers cars. The rest of the team was very polite and offered us snacks and water (Thanks Diego!) and even let my friend bring her dog inside when I picked up my car. I originally walked into the service entrance and Fredy walked me over to the sales side of the dealership instead of just pointing and saying go that way. Rene in finance was also great. Overall, this place was very nice and comfortable to get a car. More

I really thought, there's no way the service department can be this good too. Well, it is! Every time I've taken my car in during the past two years, Fredy and Alec have been professional, friendly, and highly efficient. But, the best part is....they are so honest. They don't sell you anything your car doesn't need, and are truly there to help you. They are very busy, because everyone wants to take their cars there, and yet they treat you like a valued customer. How rare is that these days? They really understand how to keep customers coming back. Because of employees like Fredy, I tell all my friends about this dealership. I’ve been calling my local Cerritos Mazda dealership for almost a year and the part is “never in” and they’ll call me when they get a new shipment, but the San Juan Capistrano location replaced it no problem. Larry Ulrich, Fredy Campos and Hector Arvizu really took care of me and my car. Drop off and pick up of my vehicle was super fast and hassle free, they even finished with my vehicle a day before assumed. They also checked to see if my transmission was under warranty. Thank you guys so much! Larry, Fredy and Hector, you were amazing. If anything else happens, it’s well worth the drive to have the right people taking care of your vehicle. More
A Positive Car Buying Experience My daughter asked me to help her buy a new CX-5 and after a week's worth of online comparison shopping with 7 different dealers, we went to Capistrano My daughter asked me to help her buy a new CX-5 and after a week's worth of online comparison shopping with 7 different dealers, we went to Capistrano Mazda for a test drive and to meet Marcin whom I had been in email contact with. He was very helpful, informative and accommodating, but never pushy. When we left I told him that I would still be considering other offers and he was more than willing to negotiate with us. The end result was that with the help of his manager, Tom, they came up with a creative plan to make the deal happen and my daughter happy. I was very pleased with their willingness to work with us. Additionally, our experience with Paul in the finance department also very positive. He too was surprisingly accommodating and very willing to work with my daughter at coming up with a package that met her specific needs without any of the all-to-common high pressure sales pitches for add-ons. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole buying experience and would highly recommend Capistrano Mazda. More
