I quickly noticed that, from out of all the other dealership’s websites I checked, Capo’s Mazda had the most straight forward and user friendly website plus it had tons of information available. It was on their website also where I read about their free one year maintenance program with a new Mazda car purchase and I was so happy. I contacted AJ through email after reading awesome reviews about him and I am grateful I did. AJ was always so honest, patient, straightforward and not pushy. He truly cared for what I wanted. I already was planning on purchasing a car from Capo Mazda so he could have earned the sale easily but he went above and beyond and spent hours with me on the day of our appointment showing me different cars, explaining to me my options and telling me that he wanted me to be able to drive a car I love and not just any car because of the sake of it. Every time AJ perceived I wasn’t sure about something he gave me my time and space to think through everything. I was only planning on purchasing a CX-3 for the sake of reducing my car payments but after AJ worked with me to get an awesome deal, I ended up leasing a CX-5 that I am in love with for a small difference in monthly payments. Lastly, Chris in the financing department was absolutely amazing. He went through every document with me and explained everything so clearly. Keep it up Capo Mazda! More

On my first visit to look at Mazdas, I spent a good half-hour with Marcin Paluch, who helped me hone in on what type of Mazda I really wanted. Then when I came back a week later to test drive a Mazda 6 with Forouz Mohisefat, I was won over by her easy going, yet knowledgeable manner. She never once pressured my wife and me into purchasing something we didn't want. We ended up getting a Mazda 6 Touring model, and are looking forward to many happy years in this spunky and stylish vehicle.I've never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealer in my life, and I'm in my 60s and have owned many vehicles of various makes. This is my first Mazda, and from what I've seen so far, it won't be my last! More

Capistrano Mazda is a new dealership with a good selection of vehicles, great prices and rebate offers. They have a spacious lounge area (family friendly) with bottled water, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. I have been to several dealership in the last few month (not impressed), although Capistrano Mazda won my vote. More

In the past, I have opted for private party but with the experience that I had with Capistrano Mazda and their team, has changed me. I walked into their newly renovated building and was instantly greeted by Diego who took care of me for the rest of my visit. During our test drive, Diego was very knowledgeable about the Mazda6 I was considering and was extremely helpful. After short consideration, I was sold. The experience, the price (the best price around- private or dealer), the atmosphere and culture at Capo Mazda made my trip so easy. Moe also came in to introduce himself and was extremely nice and professional. We hit it off and they really make you feel at home. I am so glad I found this dealership! Best experience of any car dealer Capistrano Mazda is probably, hands down, the best experience I've had in my decades of going onto car lots. Back when I first bought a car in the 70' Capistrano Mazda is probably, hands down, the best experience I've had in my decades of going onto car lots. Back when I first bought a car in the 70's, the experience you would of received from any given dealership could be from cold shouldered, to outright rude, or accusing you that you don't know what you're talking about. Now a days, thank goodness, the experience you get at most dealerships are generally positive. But by far the most friendliest is Capistrano Mazda. There's never a feeling of being pressured in anyway. You feel comfortable to look and examine while taking your time. And there's always a friendly dealer waiting to answer any questions. Whitney Bowens, is by far the friendliest person I spoken to at any Dealership. We felt more like friends. We even discussed old jobs that we intersected at in the entertainment industry. She sold me my white Miata, which I can't say enough about that car and it's amazing mileage. I average around 42 miles a gallon on the highway. One time hitting 47.9, when the 5 freeway was at 45 miles per hour. That seems to be the sweet spot for super mileage with that car :) A lot of people have a notion that a Miata is a impractical daily driver, being so small. But I must say otherwise. Since we all have to drive in traffic, and you know how that can at times be very trying. So having a car you drive everyday where you can flick the top down with one hand, and enjoy everything that the car is, the beautiful design, an amazing sound system, makes having to drive in horrible traffic a bit more bearable :) Since we all have to drive, then drive something that you find fun. Whether it be a sports car, a lifted up four wheel drive with all sorts of gadgets. It's like being a child again, enjoying your favorite toy:) I highly recommend Capistrano Mazda if you're interested in a any Mazda. And they seemed to have the best prices around town :) I'm a person that as a hobby, scour AutoTrader.com at least once a week, ogling at all the cars. And I don't see anyone beat Capistrano at prices :) Thank you Whitney for being my dealer, and a friend ^_^ More

Despite this, AJ was amazing from my online inquiry to my driving out of the lot in my new Mazda3. He was energetic, patient, funny, honest, and helpful. He was not a sleazy salesperson!
