Above and Beyond Amazing Customer Service I love Capistrano Mazda. They are always happy to accommodate us, super friendly, efficient and provide timely and amazing service. Today's visi I love Capistrano Mazda. They are always happy to accommodate us, super friendly, efficient and provide timely and amazing service. Today's visit was just above and beyond. Why? Because of Fredy. I had to bring my son with me and I was dreading the wait time with a squirrelly 10 year old. But Fredy was there and welcomed us with a smile, made us comfortable with coffee, snacks and TV and continued to check on us during our wait time. In addition, my son forgot a pencil for his homework, so Fredy went and found him one. At the end when we were about to leave, Fredy asked my son, "Do you like Jurassic Park? Do you want to see a Jurassic Park Jeep?" Freddy escorted us out to the parking lot where he pulled out his personal vehicle he modeled after a Jurassic Park Vehicle. My son was beyond stoked. When we drove away he said, "Mom, that was really cool. Can I come back with you next time?" Thank you Capistrano Mazda for being as beautiful inside (Your Employees) as you are on the outside (that beautiful new building!). We had an amazing experience today! More

I visited many Mazda dealers in Southern California as I searched for my Miata RF and none of them compared to Capo's friendliness. The showroom is on par with my Lexus dealership - contemporary, fresh, free snacks and comfy chairs if you're waiting. The sales people are not car salesmen in that sense - they are polite, friendly, helpful, and have no high pressure sales tactics. Moe the Sales Manager came out to thank me before we drove off and the two sales people who helped me, Katrina and Fouruz, were so friendly and helpful that it was more like buying from a friend. Excellent follow through, friendly service, great prices, just come here and ask for Fourouz or Katrina. Highly recommended - I visited a lot of Mazda dealers in SoCal and Capo is miles above the rest! More
