First time new car buyer - great experience! My husband and I have always purchased used cars and never thought we would be in the market for a new car until we found the Mazda Grand Touring CX-9 My husband and I have always purchased used cars and never thought we would be in the market for a new car until we found the Mazda Grand Touring CX-9, with all of the fantastic safety features, gorgeous leather interior, entertainment accessories and sporty exterior. Having never bought a new car before, I was leery of the dealer experience. I am so glad I came to Capo Mazda. Forouz did a fantastic job of fully explaining the car to me, even emailing me videos on the different features. She took time with me to discuss financing and make sure that I got the car that I really wanted for a great price. I was very happy with everyone I came into contact with at the dealership - they were all so friendly and accommodating. Such a great experience for a first time new car buyer! More

Great sales people but make sure you read your contract We went to Capo Mazda for a new Mazda since our lease expired. The salesperson Diego was really helpful but there were certain things I did not appre We went to Capo Mazda for a new Mazda since our lease expired. The salesperson Diego was really helpful but there were certain things I did not appreciate about this dealership that I think should be said. After everything was done we got home and noticed that the finance manager wrote our contract to 76 months instead of 72 months so they could get money from a warranty that we originally declined. When we went to his office to sign the contract we did not read the length since we had already negotiated the terms w/ the salesperson. So the finance mngr tells us that he did a little magic and was able to get us the warranty for a much lower price. Which we were happy at the time. When we get home we see how he did "his magic'. That was very deceitful. But the general manager saved the day! He was AWESOME! He provided us a new rate to be able to even things out for us. He was very accommodating and understanding. The overall experience was great except for the finance manager. Buying a car is a blessing and a curse. We must do it. So based on all my previous experiences, this dealership has been the best overall, but make sure you read your contract before you leave the agency. Diego, you were great! We really appreciate you! From beginning email to the day I purchased my car, this was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the door I could almost feel the positive attitude that all the employees displayed. To a person, they all enjoyed what they were doing and were happy to be there. And to top it off, Forouz Mohisefat, the sales representative that handled my purchase, was extremely professional and I don't think that a smile ever left her face during the entire time I was there. Wow, what an amazingly positive experience that I will always remember. Thank you Forouz, I would love to do business with you again some time. And last, the dealer was kind enough to send two representatives to my home, 65 miles north of the dealership, in order to deliver my car to me personally the next day. Definitely five stars! More
Pleasant Buying Experience I walked in to this Mazda dealership and I was greeted by a friendly sales associate Jerry Aydemir who showed me the car I had in mind to buy. I wasn’ I walked in to this Mazda dealership and I was greeted by a friendly sales associate Jerry Aydemir who showed me the car I had in mind to buy. I wasn’t sure if the CX5 would fit all my specific needs. But Jerry was patient to show the cx5 pre-owned inventories and explain the different choices in trims as well as its features. Unable to decide after learning the final costs, I called in few days later with the attempts for a better deal in the final price. Although I did not get the amount that I asked for, I was given reasonable concessions that eventually convinced me to purchase the certified pre-owned 2016 cx5 touring trim. The deal was sealed few days later. Jerry arranged accessories installed by the service department as well as delivery of my newly purchased car to my residence. The interactions I had with all the staff in finance, service and delivery drivers were great. I was given the space to determine after all the facts were presented. He is not your classic pushy sales person. Overall it was a pleasant car purchase experience. More
Amazing experience I have a 2012 Mazda 3 & went to get a smog, when the check engine light popped on. I took it to "my local mechanic" and they told me they needed to re I have a 2012 Mazda 3 & went to get a smog, when the check engine light popped on. I took it to "my local mechanic" and they told me they needed to replace the entire instrument panel! $1,200!!! YIKES. Nothing was wrong with my car, it was just giving errors from the electrical system to the engine & would not pass smog because of this. I decided to pick up the car & take it to the Mazda dealer. To my surprise, there was a new one just a few exits down the freeway from me. They were so helpful & friendly & even gave me a loaner while they diagnosed my car! The GOOD news came the next day when my car DID pass smog. They found out they needed to reset a couple of the computer circuits. I am so thankful that I found this place! Fredy Campos was so knowledgeable & helpful & the entire staff is so friendly & really cares about the service they give. Julie made it so easy to get me set up in the loaner & was a pleasure to deal with. It really gives me a peace of mind to know that I can go to a trustworthy service shop. I will be bringing my car here from now on! More

I recently needed to replace my rear windshield and Fredy and his service department were wonderful. I will continue with Capo Mazda because of the service and Fredy Campos. When it is time to replace my car, I will be returning to Capo Mazda! More

We did our research when looking for a car, shopping at multiple dealerships, and after doing so, realized that we wouldn't be buying anywhere other than with Marcin at Capo Mazda. Marcin was incredibly well-informed and was not pushy or aggressive with us. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had, taking all of our phone calls and meeting with us multiple times. Marcin made the process so seamless and painless. Tom checked in with us multiple times to ensure that our experience with Marcin and the rest of the staff was going well - he was friendly and made our experience that much better. I never thought I'd feel any level of loyalty to a car dealership, but absolutely do after our experience with Marcin at Capo Mazda. We will be back to work with Marcin for our next car purchase!
