Service work I went in for some recal work and asked that while there to check my AC for issues with it. Appointment was easy to make. The service was not done in a day as I was told it would when i dropped off my truck so they set up a rental. The next day I was called and told that the recall work was done,a dn the repair would be $480. I advised that I did not have the $$ needed to fix at this time. It was after that i was told that I would still be charged $125 for a diagnostic check. My issue is that this service fee should have been mentioned at the time the appointment was made, AND by the service advisor so I would know any fees coming my way nto after things were done. The people were nice when I dropped off my car, and even though I never met my service advisor face to face, he was pleasant over the phone. I am not happy though of a potential fee being disclosed afterwards. I should have known up front. I was told that they could try and take that fee off the total repair if I decided to use them. Which is in my opinion a marginal attempt at a resolution. I may use them when I look to buy my next vehicle, but will not use them for service work not related to recall or warranty. More

I had the car in for the same issue in April and the service adviser confirmed the problem and said the new part would be ordered. We were never recontacted and the part was not ordered. The compass still does not work after spending a total of 4 hours over two trips to the dealer. I have purchased Chrysler products my entire life, I have a brother and sister that work at Auburn Hills, this is worst experience at a Chrysler dealer I ever experienced. More

After they took care of getting us a a rental, the Jeep was fixed by the end of the day, then the next morning I received a call by James and was informed that another drive-train issue existed, so they ordered a part and had us back on the road in a timely manner. I own a small cleaning business and I'm always preaching to my employees about quality and service which is how we gain more clients and business. I will use this POSITIVE example of how I was treated at Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge with my own employees. By far, I have never had such great service from any dealership in the years I have needed service. I will definitely recommend James and Dan for your service needs! I also own multiple Chrysler-Ram-Dodge-Jeep Vehicles and will do more business with this company! FIVE STARS, BY FAR... Thank you!!!!! More
