I had some weird lights coming on and off and under warranty. Rebecca convinced me to leave the car so they could drive and observe it. She asked for permission same day if they could also drive to lunch in car to try and observe issue. I was impressed 100% More

Express service Everyone was friendly and helpful, the service people were seemingly efficient. We were impressed by all the people with whom we dealt. SERVICE REVIEW I went to have my oil changed and tire rotated. Only issue was everyone was in a meeting and had to wait 30 minutes for someone from express to come I went to have my oil changed and tire rotated. Only issue was everyone was in a meeting and had to wait 30 minutes for someone from express to come and wait on me. Once in, it was fast. The service representative apologized but not her fault, it is fault of management to pull everyone into meeting at 10am in morning and not leave anyone to wait on customers. More
