2013 Ram 1500 Recall Service Was able to schedule my service within 2 weeks. Other local dealer was a 2 month wait. The shuttle service dropped me off at my house and picked me up Was able to schedule my service within 2 weeks. Other local dealer was a 2 month wait. The shuttle service dropped me off at my house and picked me up within 10 minutes of my return shuttle request. Recall work was done within 2 hours and they provided a complimentary car wash and tire air check/fill due to recent cold weather. What a great experience! More

Oil change tire rotation I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation. I pulled into the fast lane , and was greeted by the assistant service manager, Ca I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation. I pulled into the fast lane , and was greeted by the assistant service manager, Cassaundra. We spoke about what I wanted done and she took me to the waiting area. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. It took about 35 minutes to do the work on the Jeep. The price when complete was exactly as discussed. They also did a 25 point check to let me know if anything else needed servicing. Everyone there seemed friendly. cassaundra also checked and told me about a recall on the vehicle and gave me the number to call to schedule the appointment. Overall it was a very nice experience.
