Best service in town Cape Coral has been waiting a long time for a CDJR dealership. We knew one was coming but didn’t know when. I brought my car in for service there and Cape Coral has been waiting a long time for a CDJR dealership. We knew one was coming but didn’t know when. I brought my car in for service there and worked with Dennis. Fantastic! Very professional. The amenities provided in the service wait area are great too. Different seating options and even places to plug in a laptop if you need to work. Great job guys! I’ll be coming back often. More

Persistent in Repairs I had a tire pressure monitor problem on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and an open recall. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Galeanna in June I had a tire pressure monitor problem on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and an open recall. I attempted to schedule an appointment with Galeanna in June and again in September. Both times I was told it was a 6 week wait for an appointment. I called Cape Coral and they got me in within 2 days. On the first visit they did the recall work and replaced one tpms sensor and told me that to bring it back if the error light came on again. I went back with the error light on and they took it right in and finalized the repair. The other 3 sensors had to be replaced. They were attempting to save me money by replacing just one at first. They were customer focused and kept me informed up front about the work they were doing. They are my new dealer. I will never go back to that other dealer again. Thanks Brian Marshall for a job well done! More

Not ready for customers yet! I'm a loyal customer of Chrysler and I service my vehicle every 6 month whether it needs it or not and not being your first priority is a huge disappo I'm a loyal customer of Chrysler and I service my vehicle every 6 month whether it needs it or not and not being your first priority is a huge disappointment. I usually get the car serviced in Fort Myers and was very happy to hear the Cape center had opened. Two weeks ago I took the car in for an oil change, tire rotation and decided to have the window wipers replaced. Service was very limited at the time and equipment was not fully available. Due to not much rain I had not used the new wipers until recently and noticed the wipers did not fully cover the windshield. I returned and questioned that these were not correct. Yes, they were the wrong size. My next disappointment was they didn't have any for my model (Chrysler 300S) and they were being ordered and expected to be in the next day and promised a phone call. Today came and went-no wipers, no phone call. A followup call would have been appreciated. I shouldn't have to make three visits for simple service. I'm not saying this dealership isn't great looking and the staff isn't great- both are but you are not ready to be open to the public. Until you are fully equipped to service your vehicles I will return to Fort Myers after I get the wipers replaced. More
