The repair was done professionally and promptly. I was very pleased with the repair and would recommend this type of repair to anyone. Rhonda was a great service technician I was exhausted with the poor response I had from the Ft. Myers Jeep Chrysler dealership and was getting no where with having my Jeep Cherokee diagnos I was exhausted with the poor response I had from the Ft. Myers Jeep Chrysler dealership and was getting no where with having my Jeep Cherokee diagnosed and repaired. From the moment I arrived at CCCDJR service doors I was attended to with respect and concern . It was important to me that Rhonda listened and made me to feel that my Jeep would get fixed. She gave me hope! Rhonda called and kept me in the loop about the when to expect the Jeep to be fixed ...I was shocked that the Jeep was ready the day it was promised. Thank you also to the gentleman who remembered to get my free tire rotation and go out in the pouring rain to bring my car to the door ,(he sits across the the Hertz desk). They called me back within 4 days of purchasing it and got me on the schedule quick. I had to bring my two little ones in with me for a 4 hour wait but EVERYONE I encountered was so fantastic. One of the Managers David remembered my little ones names and was fantastic in assisting with a problem I had with my keys. Brian H in service was beyond stellar. You know he is amazing at what he does because he was the go to guy for everyone. Not that the other guys in service didn’t work, but Brian was just bombarded with people needing him and NOT once did he bat an eye lash. Everyone from customer to co-worker that came his way was met with the same fantastic Stellar Scottish personality. He helped a single mom out today and I couldn’t be more grateful to both Brian and Dave for their help. (I also can’t forget Ana that was so sweet to my very energized little guy and I today. She was just so pleasant to everyone she encountered. Always with a smile when she turned the corner). Thank you guys for making a long situation, bearable.. More

Problem with used car quickly taken care of We purchased a used car and realized soon after driving home that there was a problem with the entertainment system. We contacted our sales person, Mi We purchased a used car and realized soon after driving home that there was a problem with the entertainment system. We contacted our sales person, Mike, and were asked to take the car to the service department. We dropped off the car and were soon after informed by Rhonda by phone that the entertainment system was shot, and would be replaced free of charge. We were able to retrieve our car the next day after a brand-new entertainment system had been installed. Great service, friendly staff. Thank you! More
