Worse Service from aa dealer I have ever had. Took my Ram 1500 there to do a 132000 mile check out since I will be traveling to Indiana in a couple of weeks. Changed oil, replaced rear brakes, rot Took my Ram 1500 there to do a 132000 mile check out since I will be traveling to Indiana in a couple of weeks. Changed oil, replaced rear brakes, rotated tires, replaced the linkage from 4 wheel drive shifter to the transmission. etc. Left the truck over night and picked up the next day. Over the weekend I noticed a vibration so I called And took the truck back the next day. They wanted to charge me $79.99 for a wheel balance, which I thought was absurd. I left and will not be back. I'll take the truck to Gettle in Punta Gorda since I have had excellent service there in the past. The only reason I went to CCDJR is because I live in the Cape. More

2 hrs and very expensive I was there 2 hours my Jeep sat out in the drive done for at least 45 minutes no one came and got me . Better than Gettle My car was acting up. Gettle said it was the battery and put a new one in. Tried to make appointment with Gettle and could only leave a VM. No one ret My car was acting up. Told you I had new battery, something else must be wrong. You checked it out. Found out that Gettle put in wrong battery. My car battery was replaced by Gettle and now runs great.
