He was able to answer any questions we had. He even had our truck washed for us after our service. He is an exceptional employee. Good service center service visit was good and all staff were courteous, friendly and professional. It was a problem in how long it took to get approval from the warrant service visit was good and all staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Service Appointment I received an offer, VIA e-mail, for an oil change for $12.95 and new windshield wiper blades for $19.99 and I was happy to get a deal being retired a I received an offer, VIA e-mail, for an oil change for $12.95 and new windshield wiper blades for $19.99 and I was happy to get a deal being retired and on a fixed income. When I received the bill I noticed a $12 Labor Charge and another Charge of $8.01 for Misc.....no explanation for what. I never was charged a labor charge for an oil change and to put the wiper blades on ( I DID THE LAST PAIR) it took 5 minutes for BOTH! Anyway....I got a car wash, outside only, and the bill was $65.76. I probably would have had the work done anyway, but it would have been nice to TELL the customer they Charge for Labor for an oil change or windshield wiper blade replacement. More
