I was shocked at the labor cost They had the truck in for just a little over 2 hours, which I thought would be around $350 labor. It was over $500. this was to change the lubrication in the crankcase, differential and transfer case. it's not rocket science. it's removing some plugs draining or sucking the oil out and refilling. I had talked to 5 different people about getting a rough price and it wasn't until I talked to Brain that he said it was around $80 for an oil change. Talked to the garage back home they gave a price of $350 to perform the work, cape coral bill was $966. what bothers me the most is they don't give a honest price up front More

Watch out for hidden charges! I had a very bad experience with the service department from check-in to pick up. I went there for an oil change, replace two fuel filters and rotate I had a very bad experience with the service department from check-in to pick up. I went there for an oil change, replace two fuel filters and rotate four tires. The service person checking me in had zero knowledge of servicing my Ram Truck and could or would not quote me a price for service. The labor alone for one hour of work to change two filters was almost $145. A previously undisclosed miscellaneous charge was added to my bill in the amount of $59.60 for costs and profits to the repair facility. A diesel engine oil change, replace two fuel filters and rotate 4 tires. Cost before tax - $503.79. I should have demanded the price up front and I recommend that, if you go there, you do so before you get any work done. Finally, I was given a "complimentary" car wash even though it really didn't need one.. The truck looked worse when I picked it up than when I left it there that morning. Spots and streaks everywhere. It had to be washed again elsewhere. On the positive side, they did provide me free transportation back home and back to the dealership. I never ever write negative reviews like this. But feeling taken advantage of and having my truck look worse than the way I left it, I need to let others know to watch out for. More
