Warranty work a day before the warranty expired. Our 2017 Pacifica had an issue two days before the warranty expired. Cape Coral was booked but gave me an appointment. When I arrived, the Assistant Our 2017 Pacifica had an issue two days before the warranty expired. Cape Coral was booked but gave me an appointment. When I arrived, the Assistant Service Manager, Brian Hunter, greeted me while two young men opened the hood and checked and topped fluids. We went inside and Brian accessed the vehicle history and discussed my concerns. He then gave me a tour of the facilities and left me in the showroom. There were two items that needed attention along with an electronic update. The oil was also changed and the car was washed. All the parts were in stock and the time I had to wait was very reasonable. It was perhaps the most pleasant service visit I have had in over fifty years of car ownership. More
