Lack of communication My Jeep is not fixed. No updates on when the parts will be available. When I dropped the Jeep off I had to rent a car to go to work. I was not expe My Jeep is not fixed. No updates on when the parts will be available. When I dropped the Jeep off I had to rent a car to go to work. I was not expecting to keep the rental over night. I tried calling several times and did not get a return call. I called the next day and finally received a call back to tell me they needed to order the parts. I explained I could not afford a rented for an unknown amount of days. At thus point I was told I could drive my Jeep and they would call me when the parts were available. So I left work to go pick up my Jeep. When I get to the dealership the same person I spoke to on the phone told me the rental was no charge because it was covered under factory warranty. REALLY?? If that was told to me on the phone then I wouldn’t be driving around in a Jeep that has the engine light on. Simple communication goes a long way. So when will my parts be available so my Jeep can be fixed?? Who knows. No one has contacted me More
