Unnecessary services I was charged for services that in my opinion I did not need. They had a good excuse for doing it but it was without Merit. And as I went to another p I was charged for services that in my opinion I did not need. They had a good excuse for doing it but it was without Merit. And as I went to another place to have my car serviced they did not agree with what the dealership did. But I can understand why they did it. They needed to pay for the brand new building that they just built. Never again. More

Not all issues resolved My service advisor Rhonda Boehmer was happy, friendly and attentive and took care of me which is always a plus I believe she is an asset to your depar My service advisor Rhonda Boehmer was happy, friendly and attentive and took care of me which is always a plus I believe she is an asset to your department along with the young lady in the Hetz rental department and your driver Carlos. However I wasn't satisfied with a majority of my issues not being addressed with the infinite statement we could not duplicate the problem. Thruthful I don't believe the adequate time was spent to look for the problem which is a concern for me. The facility is always clean, neat and tidy which is nice to see in a dealership but in my opinion with out smiles and enthusiasm in your staff and management you can be as clean and spot less but the invite isn't there it is a very cold environment and I don't mean in temperature. Rhonda was the only one in the entire facility other than the Hertz rental employee that was actually smiling and or even giving off a positive vibe. Sad to see an entire staff look that unhappy. Looks and cleanliness are not everything employee happiness and enthusiasm towards the customers is what brings people in the door. By giving customer service and friendliness below a 4 star that is STRICTLY ONLY because of Ronda, Carlos and the Hertz employee. More

After scheduling a recall service that was committed to me on three different occasions to take only two hours, we left over 6 hours later with our vehicle. Over 6 calls were made to three different employees of the service department, including two managers, none of them returned! Blake Hughes gave the most poor not- excuse for the lack of service that I have ever been given, anywhere! We were prepared to consider buying a new vehicle. We will never visit this place again! More

Garbage Service Four trips to get a vibration out of my new Ram 1500, and it still vibrates. The guys in the white shirts that manage the service techs are useless. I had to leave work early to drive 1.5 hrs from work to get there before 6 so Hertz could rent me a car because they dont have loaners. Which also means you cant drop it off for service on Saturday or sunday because Hertz isnt there. It was a complete cluster eff and I will never go back. Nobody knew who was doing what and where so and so was, just a disaster. Dont waste your time buying a vehicle there because they cant service it worth sh*t. More
