Terrible I have been to the dealership 5 times this last time they had my Jeep 23 days, the manager Scott was rude to my wife twice, they delivered my jeep whe I have been to the dealership 5 times this last time they had my Jeep 23 days, the manager Scott was rude to my wife twice, they delivered my jeep when it was finally fixed at my work and it was back in the shop the next day. Got it back same day, had to go back on Monday. So that’s twice it’s been back in the shop within 24 hours of getting it out. Management doesn’t care they don’t even try to reach out to me. You would think since I just bought my 2nd jeep from them they would try and do something to make me happy and want to go back. Very disappointing. More

I came in to purchase an extra key and to have it programmed on 9/6/19. It was noted that the vehicle had an outstanding recall and Daniel made sure that the recall issue was taken care of while I waited. I decided to come back on 9/7/19 to have the oil changed since I had a very good experience at Cape Coral Chrysler Jeep. This time I had the pleasure of working Jesus Rodriguez. I was impressed again by the professionalism that Jesus provided. Based on the care that I received for Daniel Smith and Jesus Rodriguez I will return for future service. More

Much better I was impressed this time after my last visit. Jesus was great he and the manager scott came out and addressed the issue I had with my tire from last I was impressed this time after my last visit. Jesus was great he and the manager scott came out and addressed the issue I had with my tire from last time I was there. They called my warranty since the last time and explained what had happened. They covered my tire and even said the warranty will be refunding the money I had to spend on a different tire. I was bummed thinking thinking I was going to have to eat the cost of 2 tires just because of one flat tire but this time they made sure to take care of it. Jesus is always pleasant and helpful. He does a great job and is always professionals i will recommend him to everyone because hes been so great. The manager was also very understanding and helpful. They are great assets to the service center, and I thank them for also getting it done on such a busy day as well. More

New Car needed oil. I was not given any paperwork for the oil top off. Called three times for a copy. Still no paperwork or even a call back. Rhonda was awsome Rhonda was the only one who truly listened to me, and Patty in the parts department was the one who told me what I need to ask o have done.
