Jeep Wrangler service First of all, we were at the dealership to have our Jeep Wrangler serviced because of an intermittent starting problem. We had absolutely no plan First of all, we were at the dealership to have our Jeep Wrangler serviced because of an intermittent starting problem. We had absolutely no plan to purchase anything. On another note, whoever designed the dealership was right on key. The separation of servicing departments which kept everyone in their own zone eliminating an over- crowding sense of privacy. Such a pleasant, no pressure visit AND, no one was following us around for a sale. Seems like the staff get along and actually share conversations with each other. And, seeing them interact with one another made us feel so comfortable. This dealership is so efficient just starting with someone meeting you at the drop off, on to our advisor, and your very sweet Meet & Greet gal to guide us around, meeting Jay and seeing him among his “Fire Ant” employees, Loving our sales person and our finance gal. Wow, yeah, we loved our experience. FYI, we bought a 2019 Grand Cherokee———YEAH More

Oil change completed and car washed in less than an hour I was greeted on the drive and offered a bottle of water while waiting for the service advisor. I believe the advisor was Mike Wallace. The only downside was that I found the cover over the brake fluid had not been put back on and was laying on the engine when I checked under the hood. More

Hunter our service From the moment we pulled up to the service drive you can’t help but notice this is no ordinary dealership. We were greeted by mr. Hunter our service advisor and he walked us through the process of the timeframe and cost associated with our repair, we were satisfied and agreed to have the work completed. As we ventured inside the dealership we could not believe the state of the art design not to mention the complimentary refreshments. Mr. Hunter returned and gave us the good news that the car was complete and it would be just a few more minutes as he was having the car washed.
