A Friendly Place First visit. Great team there at CCCDJ. Appointment was made on my first call... no voice mails!! Got the day and time I wanted! Service was a lit First visit. Great team there at CCCDJ. Appointment was made on my first call... no voice mails!! Got the day and time I wanted! Service was a little slow (apparently a meeting of staff today slowed things down). I’m quite happy with their attention to detail. AND.... I’m in the market for a new pickup. They will be my first stop when it’s time to plunk down the $$. Thanks to all but especially Dave, Anne and Lee. More

Extremely disappointed. I had a issue with my vehicle in which the check engine light was on and another light stating “vehicle will shut off soon, please stop.” the service I had a issue with my vehicle in which the check engine light was on and another light stating “vehicle will shut off soon, please stop.” the service department had my vehicle for two weeks and drove it for 40 miles and stated that the check engine light did not come on at all. They told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I than picked up my vehicle that night from the service department to see that my fuel was on E and the low fuel light was on. I am not one to complain, so I just carried on. I than drove it for 2 miles and the Maintnance light came on once again. Mt husband looked at my vehicle and seen that there was no oil in my car at all. I had just had a oil change 3 month prior and drove it for only 4000 miles. I don’t understand how a service department can drive my vehicle for 40 miles to say no light came on when it popped on for me within 2 miles and than not even bother to check the oil in the vehicle and to give my car back on E. I brought my vehicle to another dealership and will never be back here again. Also rude customer service. More

Awesome Service Department I recently had issues with my Chrysler. PT Cruiser, which I must say was quickly diagnosed and repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. Brian Hunter I recently had issues with my Chrysler. PT Cruiser, which I must say was quickly diagnosed and repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. Brian Hunter and crew in the service department took to the challenge and I must say did an excellent job and kept me updated . I've been to other CDJR dealerships in the past but this dealership is AWESOME. Brian Hunter is now my car guy. More

Not service I'm used to Had my 2013 recently serviced due to a check engine light. Here's what happened: 1. I needed to get in quick due to a trip. They got me same day appo Had my 2013 recently serviced due to a check engine light. Here's what happened: 1. I needed to get in quick due to a trip. They got me same day appointment and asked if I'd like it washed too to which I said 'yes' -- GREAT 2. The car did not get diagnosed on that same day. Was told they would get in touch with me first thing tomorrow knowing I needed the car. 3. First thing tomorrow came and went. I waited patiently then I called them at 12:30p for them to instantly tell me what needed to be done. I approved it and was told it would be done at 6:00pm. One thing was not completed and the car was not washed. I was handed a laundry list of items that they recommend be done only they had just been done within 3 months (including fuel injector flush, differential fluid replace) I'll drive further and go to Galeana. More
