Service was atrocious. Completely unorganized, unprepared, and unprofessional. Took over a month to finally get an appointment after my car was looked at to even schedule services on my car, they unprepared, and unprofessional. Took over a month to finally get an appointment after my car was looked at to even schedule services on my car, they told me after I dropped it off and was in the waiting area over an hour that it was going to take much longer than expected, the only rental cars available were hemi trucks or diesels and I was responsible for bringing it back with a full tank, and on the second day even though upon scheduling services they assured me all parts were in; it was apparent they didn’t have that prepared either and it took another two days to obtain it AND have the right technician to put it in. Not happy as it was that I had to bring a brand new 2019 Jeep in for repair parts, but to be inconvenienced at every step was even more tasteless. More
6 Hours Took my car in for routine maintenance and 2 things for the dealership to look at for me. After 2 hours, I got an update on my vehicle. Another 4 hours went by before I asked about my car, seeing that the service center was busy. The service adviser casually mentioned that I "had been there for about 3 hours" when I had to correct him and let him know that I had been there for SIX hours with only 1 update and I would like to get out of the dealership at some point seeing as though it was my only day off. Finally got into a loaner after about 6.5 total hours of waiting around the dealership. No one seemed to even be bothered that I had waited so long and brushed it off casually. This was also after I arrived at 0745 for my 0800 appointment and wasn't even seen until about 0815 by a different service adviser than I had made the appointment with. This isn't the first time I've been unhappy with this department. More
Great place . The cleanest most immaculate Dodge dealership I’ve ever been into. Staff was excellent. Show room was excellent. The lounge area was almost like a f . Lack of communication My Jeep is not fixed. No updates on when the parts will be available. When I dropped the Jeep off I had to rent a car to go to work. I was not expe My Jeep is not fixed. I tried calling several times and did not get a return call. I called the next day and finally received a call back to tell me they needed to order the parts. I explained I could not afford a rented for an unknown amount of days. At thus point I was told I could drive my Jeep and they would call me when the parts were available. So I left work to go pick up my Jeep. When I get to the dealership the same person I spoke to on the phone told me the rental was no charge because it was covered under factory warranty. REALLY?? If that was told to me on the phone then I wouldn’t be driving around in a Jeep that has the engine light on. Simple communication goes a long way. So when will my parts be available so my Jeep can be fixed?? Who knows. No one has contacted me More
Really happy with 1st service experience. Compared with Galena service and repair. It's light years ahead and price is competitive.
