Communication was terrible! Took truck in, there was discrepancy about whether I had extended warranty. They couldn't find it anywhere. They performed the analysis and came up with the fix for my 2 primary complaints and some recall items AND a laundry list of "recommended items that were over $1000 plus a new tire that they quoted at $220 and I buy for $147. Told them to proceed with the 2 primary items and the recalls. Said Tech couldn't get back to it for a couple day but it would be done Wednesday before Thanksgiving. (I dropped it off the week before). Ended up not being ready until end of day after Thanksgiving! I was out of town for Thanksgiving so I didn't pick it up until the following Friday. Took over an hour to got my truck and they said they would run it through the car wash since it had been setting for a week. When I went out truck was sitting where it was when I was dropped off, never went through the car wash. Terrible experience, and while waiting most people working there walk around with a scowl on their face. Not friendly at all. More

Great service. Overall really good, however they did drop the ball on a warranty issue where the summer heat had broken my radio and when I scheduled the appointment Overall really good, however they did drop the ball on a warranty issue where the summer heat had broken my radio and when I scheduled the appointment they "looked at my radio", fixed the recall on my tailgate and sent me on my way thinking the new radio part had been ordered... Nope...4 months later I decided to pop in to check on the status of the radio parts since I hadn't heard anything and the lady reassures me that they're ordered and they'll call when it's in to schedule the repair only to get a call from the service employee like 3 days later kinda in a panic and they're profusely apologizing for dropping the ball and all along no one had ever actually ordered the radio. Otherwise they're great, always extremely friendly, the building is clean and comfortable, only thing I personally don't like is the sales reps are like sharks and they're everywhere and if they spot you they like sprint over and "pounce" trying to get you to buy a car but that's their job.. just they're a little over zealous More
