Service Manager was very helpful It took a long time to diagnose my electrical problem. The problem with the onboard computer system is that it can only diagnose the problem if the e It took a long time to diagnose my electrical problem. The problem with the onboard computer system is that it can only diagnose the problem if the electrical problem is constant, not if it is intermittent. There is no longitudinal record over time of a fault problem. I first developed starting problems in 2016, just over 3 years after I bought the Van. No cause could be found and the problem stayed intermittent but It got worse in 2019 and my first visit again could not find the problem. Cleaning out the ignition module only helped for a day. Eventually, the module was found to be defective on my last visit and was replaced at a cost of over $1200 plus over $300 in car rental fees. I will not be buying a Chrysler product again. More
