Outstanding Service from the Oil Change Department From the moment we drove into the "first come, first served" line for our oil change, Jesus Fernandez and his team greeted us with a warm smile, welco From the moment we drove into the "first come, first served" line for our oil change, Jesus Fernandez and his team greeted us with a warm smile, welcome and gave us expert service. Our wait was short. We waited in the comfortable waiting area inside. Jesus F gave us a couple of updates on the progress of our service. We went into for an oil change on our 2019 Jeep Renegade, but we also got our tire rotated and car washed! I am very impressed with this dealership. Recommend without hesitation. More

Only positive is that it's close I have had my 2018 Laramie in this dealership a couple of times. I really want to like this place because it's close to my house. Unfortunately they have yet to get it right the first time. My most recent visit was because my fancy radio was delaminating on the screen - sure they replace the radio and left greasy finger prints all over the part that surrounds the radio. The truck was also in due to a defective rear view camera - they couldn't get it to act up of course so nothing was done about that issue. (I have a picture of the screen when it acts up but I guess that doesn't matter). Like I said in the beginning, I really want to like this place but they make it almost impossible. On a positive note, the workers all seem friendly enough. The only reason I recommend this dealership is because it's close. More

I brought my 2017 Wrangler in to mount and balance 4 new tires. In consideration of the tech who was to perform the work, I pulled all 4 wheels and tires off the Jeep the day before, and removed all of the wheel weights, and thoroughly cleaned all adhesive from the old stick-on weights off the backside of the rims. After picking up the Jeep from the dealer, I took a quick peek under the vehicle to look at the weight placement on the rims. To my disappointment, the tech who balanced the rims and tires chose to place all of the weights on the inside lip of the rims. A proper dynamic tire balance would have indicated the placement and amount of weight on the inner and outer surfaces of the rim. In the case of my rims, the factory balance was done in this manner. I own a Dodge Challenger Hellcat, I would hope that this dealership would not balance the tires in the same manner! I am a seasoned auto technician of 45 years and am quite familiar with basic procedures. More
