computer didn't work I went to the dealership to get a key programmed for my used Jeep which I bought at the same dealer. You'd think when spending $35K you'd get two keys I went to the dealership to get a key programmed for my used Jeep which I bought at the same dealer. You'd think when spending $35K you'd get two keys, right? Anyway, after being told it was a 15-20 minute job, I waited about 60 minutes only to be told the work could not be accomplished due to a computer problem on Mopar's end. Some step in getting a PIN to be able to work on my Jeep. So , now , I have to return and hope it works out. More

I brought my vehicle in to have a trim piece replaced. I had it replaced once before at another dealership and had the same results, the piece was not fitted on correctly.
