not able to cut a key I returned to have a key fob cut/programmed for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The tech was able to program the key, return the key to me and when I we I returned to have a key fob cut/programmed for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. The tech was able to program the key, return the key to me and when I went to test it out, I discovered that the blade part of the key was uncut. After talking with the service writer it was determined that they could not do the work, it would have to be ordered since it is "VIN specific". So, another trip will be necessary to have this done. Came in with water leak. They replaced radiator. Had to ask them to flush system. Was charged full price for the flush even though the radiator was out of the car. Was surprised that new radiator didn't in ask them to flush system. Was charged full price for the flush even though the radiator was out of the car. Was surprised that new radiator didn't include flush of the rest of the system. Mechanic did good job but did not run car long enough to open thermostat. It opened on the way home and I had to add a half gallon of antifreeze at home. Overall very satisfied. Disappointed in the little things. Rhonda did a good job of keeping me informed as it took quite a while. Why isn't Rhonda listed in your service dept. Will continue to use you. John Weakley More

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of not only the facility but the fact that most of the individuals wore clean and pressed white shirts. Those individuals wearing the grey shirts were as clean and neat as the others, I notices several if the mechanics who were wearing the blue MOPAR uniforms were exemplary in their appearance. I mentioned this to my advisor and she jokingly said she had a dirt mark on her hand and when I asked to see it she could not point it out. Being in sales most of my 77 years I feel that any problems or impressive service within an organization always begins at the top. I had stopped in at the dealership when I purchased my vehicle and although the salesman at the time was courteous the same could not be said about his supervisor at that time, I am thankful that I took the opportunity to revisit your dealership and had a renewing experience. Anyway, I went to your express lane, your service man was very kind, but I think if you are going to gouge someone another $120 for a 5 minute battery change I should have been told in advance, that might even be a law. When I got the bill for $280 I couldn't believe it. Do you expect to get any repeat business charging like that. I expect to pay more at a dealer but that, I my opinion, was just highway robbery. The only reason I gave a low rating to your service tech is for not telling me all the charges up front More
