First off I had an appointment for 10am to drop off my 1 month old Jeep with a check engine light on. I sat in the service line for 10 minutes until a person finally came out to greet me. Then another 10 mi month old Jeep with a check engine light on. I sat in the service line for 10 minutes until a person finally came out to greet me. Then another 10 minutes for a service writer to come out. Was then told it should be nothing major, which I expected anyways. What I didn’t expect was no communication at all! I called 3 times to get ahold of someone who could tell me how much longer my Jeep would be. Meanwhile this was at 4:30pm. To be told it may not be ready today. Which was unacceptable when they had it for over 6 hours for something so minor and waited so long to start in it. 20 minutes later they said my Jeep was fixed and ready. The lack of communication in service just plain sucks and what was the point of making an appointment to be cast aside so long. I think they need to take notes from Toyota as anytime I take my other vehicles for service, Toyota treats you like family as they greet you and communicate!. On top of it, I go to pick my Jeep up and had no idea who to see or where to go for my keys. Once again, poor communication and poor customer service. I expected better when I had a great experience on the sales side. More

Then I asked if there had been a UConnect firmware/software update since I bought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler because using it to make phone calls hasn't worked properly from the beginning. I asked a couple of dealers during the warranty period and was told no updates. So I figured I'd check one more time. The service advisor went out to the Jeep with me and agreed there was a problem. But when I asked if there was a UConnect firmware update which might fix the problem, I was told that since the vehicle was now out of warranty, it would cost me $135 for you to run the diagnostic program to diagnose the problem and determine if there was a firmware update that might fix it! You want me to pay $135 to run a diagnostic program to diagnose your problem? Are you kidding me? I no longer use UConnect to make phone calls or anything else for that matter. More

If I could rate this dealership in minus stars I would. Poorly managed and poor communication. My car was there for one month for a fuel pump. The Cape Coral Chrysler facility is modern, clean and provides a very comfortable customer waiting area. Maintenance service customer representatives seem technically expert and are very friendly. They provided me all of the maintenance options and associated costs to be considered for my classic car (PT Cruiser). Cape Coral Chrysler will be the only place that I take my PT Cruiser for any type of maintenance service. More

Customer service is great here, especially with little kids! They gave my daughters little bears and the waiting room has a Jeep to sit in to watch tv/read books provided.
