fix air conditioner on 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan waited over 3 hours Monday for initial analysis. Parts to fix not in stock. Set appt to come back Wednesday for repair, whole day. Waited almost a half hour. At 4:30 received call car done and will send Uber to pick me up. 6pm still no Uber, finally at 6:30 one of your people picked me up. Cost was outrageous. I checked the internet for parts and highest at Mopar site was 354.54 for evaporator (68029762ac) and $85.12 for valve (68029727aa). Plus, labor charge was $1187.61. Invoice showed 8 hours. At $125 per hour comes to $1000. total paid was over by $600. And when I finally got back to you Wed to pick up car Hannah was gone, Was told by your people that she was there but now one returned to tell me she had left. Other details I will leave out but honestly it was NOT a good experience! More
