Oil Change. I purchased a pre-owned Durango last year from another dealer. I had to take here for some recalls. That appointment was fast and to the point. A few weeks ago received an email from CCCDJR for a free oil change. Coincidently the oil change light came on. I made an appointment on line for the oil change and also added tire rotation. I was met promptly and professionally by Alex. We went over the appointment and I left. About 30 minutes later he called me saying the car needed an air and cabin filter. ( I thought 'here was go the up charge' BS) . I declined and about 15 minutes later Alex called back and told me the car was ready. As I picked it up I thought I would have some charges for the disposal fee and maybe a filter. And defiantly for the tire rotation which was not on the coupon. Pleasantly I had no charges and the rotation was covered under "Jays Special". The appointment was fast and free! Definitely going back. BTW I went to Auto Zone and check the filters they recommend changing. In fact they did both need changing (so no scam detected) so I did it myself. Thanks again CCCDJR More

Once again went in for two things and they fixed one but didn’t fix the Bluetooth. When my Bluetooth didn’t work in front of the service agent. Told him the problems. When I got called told me it was workin didn’t fix the Bluetooth. When my Bluetooth didn’t work in front of the service agent. Told him the problems.
