Not happy at all with service desk and service rep I will not return to your location, My wife and I have owned 7 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie trucks over the last 20 years and two Jeeps. We live in Cape Coral and were very excited that you opened in Cape Coral. Your building is beautiful you have great reviews as far as selling new cars. People are excited about getting a new car so they give a great review. The way you're treated after purchasing a car is more important. On Friday 4/17/20 I brought my truck in to have steering box looked at, Charles Santana was the service person. I explained that I took a lifetime warranty and that my deductible was $100.00. He told me that the cost would be $135.00 further that I'm not covered for a rental. I explained that every dealership that I have gone too gave me a rental. Charles is not a people person what so ever, I spoke to the parts person she was very friendly and outgoing, the technician was professional and asked me to check the steering he then offered a car wash. The technician gave the paperwork to Charles. Note it was very slow at the dealership I was the only person in the sitting area. I noticed my truck was finished and washed I waited about ten minutes and then walked over to Charles office, upon telling him my truck was finished he told me to go sit in the lobby, I waited for Another 15 minutes for no reason at all he wasn't busy not on phone no one in the office with him. He did not walk over to where I was sitting like the technician he stood at the counter and motioned for me to come over. He told me a bolt came loose and it was going to cost $132.15 my warranty was done at a one hundred thousand miles. That is untrue iI have a lifetime warranty. Once I arrived home looked over my invoice noticed a charge for Misc amount $16.09. I called the other dealerships that I have used in the past I was told that it should have been covered and one dealership advised that I wouldn't have been charged. Over the last 20 years in Ohio and Florida I have never paid for a rental nor have I been treated poorly. We were looking at trading in the truck I will land up driving to Punta Gorda. More

They lie and say the do a multi point check on your car. All 4 of my tires were below standard and they claimed they were all at the same PSI. I set up an appointment to have weather-stripping replaced on my brand new Challenger (purchased 6 months ago) because it has already become incredibly faded. I brought the vehicle in, they took some photos and told me they would call me back when the parts were in. I set up a second appointment after the parts arrived and dropped the vehicle off for my 9AM appointment slot. The service advisor (Alex) never offered a ride or loaner vehicle and stated that it should only take a couple hours. I told him that while the car was there I’d also like them to give it a synthetic oil change to save me a trip. I had someone pick me up so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership thinking it wouldn’t take too terribly long. I proceeded to wait for hours for any type of update. I called the service department at 2PM to ask about the status considering 5 hours had already passed. I was informed by the person who answered the phone that they would ask my service advisor and call me back. I waited an hour for a call back and never received one. I called once again at 3PM to see if any update was available. Nobody had any answer for me yet again as to the status and I continued to be transferred to voicemail after voicemail. After leaving a voicemail for the Service Manager Scott, I finally received a call back from Alex. He informed me that the shop was “working on my car for hours already and he would tell them to hurry up and finish so I could have my car by the end of the day.” I told him not to rush anyone because I wanted the job done correctly. He told me it would be ready for pickup at 5PM. I received a call from Scott when my car was ready and explained to him the issues with communication and he apologized. I showed up to retrieve my vehicle and was handed paperwork and told to sign at the bottom. Nobody reviewed the paperwork with me or explained what was on it. In reading the paper it stated that they had originally ordered the wrong parts for my car and were unable to finish the job. When I flagged down Scott again (Alex still nowhere to be found), He told me that they made a mistake and not all the parts were replaced and that I would need to bring it back again another day. I asked him when they were going to tell me this?! Scott gave no response and again just said he was sorry. Further, the paperwork shows that the service on the vehicle wasn’t even started until 2:57 PM!! Alex lied previously and told me that they had been working on it for hours when in actuality it was sitting around in the shop!!! To top it off, I had asked for a synthetic oil change and the oil they put in is the traditional conventional oil. When I asked about this they offered to swap it out if I gave them a few minutes. I told them I would like it swapped and began to wait again. After waiting a few minutes a woman from the shop came in and was loudly complaining to another employee about how “The customer doesn’t know what they need, conventional is fine for a 3.6L engine, I made the right choice and he doesn’t need synthetic” even though I was standing right there and could hear her saying this! Scott then approached me again to explain that the shop told him I didn’t need synthetic but that they would change it if I still really wanted them to (which obviously I had already asked earlier for it to be switched out). At this point I accepted defeat and told them to leave it the way it was because the woman’s attitude left me uncomfortable with having her work on my vehicle. When the car was returned to me the weather-stripping installed on the drivers side is wavy and bumpy (see photo) and when I asked Scott about it he told me “it’ll flatten out with some Florida heat”. This experience was a joke!! The fact that I still have to go back to have another piece replaced is terrifying. There was absolutely nothing done to accommodate or fix any of the issues and there was nothing said by the staff other than “Sorry about that” and “we’ll do better next time”. The part I find most humorous about this is how when I purchased the vehicle I mentioned that I had issues with another local dealership’s service department and the managers had the audacity to talk about how horrible the other dealer’s service department was and said I’d never have any issues like that!!!! Definitely do not recommend having your vehicle serviced here if you are looking for honest and professional work. More
