They charged me $280 to run two Diagnostics of things that I told them needed to be done in the car. Then I was charged $100 for an. The technician also tried to readjust the headliner on my convertible that I told them needed to be done in the car. Then I was charged $100 for an. The prices they quoted me on the work to be done was absolutely outrageous. I will never going to that dealership for anything ever again and we'll make sure all my friends know not to do it either. I will not bring My car back to this dealership I own a 2016 dodge challenger and this is not the first time that I’ve brought it there for service and was charged even though I have a lifetime warranty on 2016 dodge challenger and this is not the first time that I’ve brought it there for service and was charged even though I have a lifetime warranty on my car. This last time I paid for a brand new part because my left turn signal was out I paid $140 for the part and on the way home from the dealership after they had it for about five days my light came back on that my left turn signal was out so the work was not done even though a new part was paid for. Or there’s a short in my car which I tried to tell them - the garage door opener does not work my radio and iPod flip back-and-forth and my left turn signal works sometimes and then does not work.This has been an ongoing problem and I didn’t even bother to call them because they’re the worst service department there ever was. I am writing a certified letter to dodge headquarters to complain about this department I don’t care to talk to anybody From this dealership I have never had good service from them More
