unsafe alignment.. Front end alignment,left loose bolts. Contacted service manager Raymond Powers at Cape Coral Chrysler 3 times and was promised refund . Empty promises very very poor customer service. Will contact Chrysler Customer service as my next step..Would NOT recommend this dealership even to top air up in tires. Dont know meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
