Nice staff. They help you right away....no waiting to find someone. Service Department is very professional as well. Only problem was they were going to wash my car after oil change, etc...and it just lo find someone. Service Department is very professional as well. Only problem was they were going to wash my car after oil change, etc...and it just looked like they sprayed some water on it and that was it. I didn’t expect a thorough wash because it was “free”, but I did expect it to be a lot cleaner on outside than it was coming in. I understand it was a “courtesy wash” but I ended up having to rewash it the minute I got home...lol. Other than that, they were great. More

It was average. I think customer service could be improved. But I believe that may be hindered by the overwhelming amount of people showing up at the same time for service and the understaffed adviso improved. I had 2 cars serviced and the process was easy. Booking appointments online and dropping the cars off was a breeze. The young lady that took care of me for both vehicles was friendly and efficient.
