Service and warranty Had apt weeks in advance. Was told they would honor my service plan and that they would have my tires in stock. This is the only reason I scheduled wi Had apt weeks in advance. Was told they would honor my service plan and that they would have my tires in stock. This is the only reason I scheduled with them. Once I arrived it was if they didn’t know why I was there, wouldn’t honor my service contract, and had to order my tires. The only thing they did for 90+ minutes was update my software for a recall, which I could have gotten all 3 services performed at once at Naples. Never once apologized or acknowledged this inconvenience as a customer. Staff is poorly trained in customer communication and lack professionalism. I was going to lease my daughter a Jeep,but will travel somewhere else even though I live in Cape Coral for my SRT Durango and my future lease so I don’t have to deal with this service department again. Big disappointment for a lifetime Dodge customer. More

The employees are super friendly and work hard to please you. The "growing pains" once resolved will make this a 5 star: 1. parts were needed to be ordered for another servicing. I was never called to be informed they were in. 2. I left at least 2 messages asking about the parts and still didn't hear back. 3. I finally heard back from a different employee eventually 4. There seems to be some confusion when servicing plug in hybrids on the part of technicians. These are all things that can be improved on and I believe this new dealership will do it. They seem honest and apologize when they make a mistake. We will go there again. More

overpriced I went to the dealership on 12/22 (no appointment) to inquire about my headlights not seeming to work. I said are you open and was told "yes, ma'am 7-4 no appointment needed" I showed up at 8 a.m. on 12/24 to be told of course I need an appt., and they were only open until noon and could not fix the headlights, even though they were both now out. Complained online and got an appt for 12/29. Service personnel very nice to deal with. But over $700 for 2 headlights?? I've bought CARS for $700! Service manager offered by 10% discount, which was very nice. But price is absolutely ridiculous. I have had this car for exactly 1 year, less than 25k miles on it, and these headlights - that ought to be trimmed in gold - only have a 24 month warranty! If headlights cost this much I can't imagine is something big goes wrong! Going to have to trade in my Jeep and go back to Hyundai. I checked a few other places and they were much cheaper estimates. Also, on my last visit, the service manager I dealt with told me he signed me up for the VIP system, which would entitle me to discounts, etc., but when I inquired with staff about it, they had no idea what I was talking about, and the manager who signed me up is conveniently no longer there so they couldn't do anything. More
