Extremely disappointed. I received a mailer for a discount oil change, was told they “no longer carry that” a few days later. Felt like a complete bait and switch on such a trivial matter, I hate to discount oil change, was told they “no longer carry that” a few days later. The Service Dept was under-staffed on Saturday 12/26/20..Was there 2 hours for an oil change.. When car was completed I waited another 26 mintues than went an inquired what the problem was.... I am never bringing my car back to this dealer!!! I was over charged, they didn't fix the problem with my car and customer service is terrible.
